... jetzt ist sie fast ganz aufgeblüht ...


meine liebe, schöne orchidee ... abgeblühte stiele darf man nicht abschneiden, die blühen wieder ... nur braune stiele darf man entfernen ... dann blüht sie fast pausenlos!

hi Dave, I am sure you will have the chance to make the nicest pic of an orchid, because it is so simple to care. just give one to your girl and tell her to forget watering! it needs a place with light, but no direct sun (mine stands at the east-window), once a week a small amount of (boiled, cold)water, once or twice during one month a little liquid fertilizer for normal pot-flowers and that is it! it is blooming restlessly! Do not cut off the branches after blooming, when they are green, they will bloom once more! remove brown branches. wish you best success!
